Delivery Information
Please read the information below to find our general terms and conditions regarding delivery of your order.
UK Delivery
The Pet Shed will deliver to any home or business address anywhere on the UK Mainland, as well as the UK's Highlands . You do not have to be at home to accept delivery. (Excludes certain remote postcodes such as offshore postcodes)
When will my goods be shipped?
99.7% of all orders are despatched the same or, at worst the next business day when you place your order before 1pm. However in some cases this cannot be guaranteed. Unless the items you have ordered are out of stock, your order will always be delivered to you within 4 working days but in all cases, you will be notified via our shopping confirmation email within 24 hours or we will telephone you to confirm a delivery date. If there may be a reason for a delay to your delivery or that the items(items) are out of stock or even discontinued then you will be contacted as soon as possible.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated on the delivery post code and the amount being spent on your order but is FREE when you spend over £49.99 and delivery is going to mainland Britain.
Local deliveries within the RH15 and RH16 postcodes will be delivered free when you spend over £10.
The absolute delivery charge, if any, will also be shown at the checkout prior to you entering your card details for all UK orders. For orders to other parts of the world will be calculated in the same way, However, if this does not let you order then please email us at info@dspetshed-pet-products.co.uk and we will add the delivery charge for you to order.
What happens if I am out?
On the day of delivery, if you are not able to be in all day, our couriers will either contact one of your neighbours or leave your order in a safe place on your property. The Pet Shed cannot accept responsibility for the package once left.
Of course it is always helpful if you think you may be out to enter some special instructions at the checkout to let us know where it is best to leave your order or which delivery day you would prefer. If you do not want us to leave your package if you are out, please inform us of this when placing your order.
